Templated Page Layout

Templated Page Layouts display your 3D or 2D Floor Plans in semi-custom 8.5" x 11" print designs and include:

  • Property logo and brand colors integrated into the page layout design.
  • Property contact info, such as email, phone, and website.
  • Floor plan name, bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage displayed for each floor plan. If supplied, dimensions can be added as well.
  • Ready to use JPG file for web marketing and PDF file for print marketing.
Design Process
  1. Send Design Info: Send the items listed in the Design Info Requirements section below to allow the design team to start your project.
  2. Contingent: If necessary, wait until approval of the 2D or 3D Floor Plan prerequisite project. Once approved, your page layout project will be designed.
  3. Design: Your project is scheduled, designed and ready for review within 3-5 days.
  4. Review Proofs: You receive a link to provide online feedback. View proofing instructions here.
  5. Updates: Receive a new proof within 48 hours. Review and provide additional feedback until you approve.
  6. Download Files: Download a web-ready JPG file and a print resolution PDF file of each floor plan. View example files here.
Design Info Requirements

1. Style

Choose your preferred Page Layout style. The limit is one per property.

2. Logo

Supply your hi-resolution logo. The logo and property colors will be integrated into your page layout.

3. Property & Unit Info

Provide the property and unit info using these steps:

2) Fill it out
3) Upload using our Online Platform

Important Details & Additional Costs

  • Minimum quantity of 3 ordered per property. If less, the total will be adjusted to the minimum. 

  • Dimensions are optional and only added if supplied via floor plans or spreadsheet.

  • Disclaimer added by default. Fair Housing and ADA symbols added by request.

  • Crop marks and 0.125" bleed included (print industry standard).

  • Customizations are limited to the text color, logo, square footage, contact info, unit name, number of bedrooms and baths, disclaimer, and dimensions per room if supplied.

  • Printed copies are not included, but can be easily ordered online from a company such as Uprinting.com
