  • Navigate and view panoramas of each room with click or touch.
  • Both desktop and touchscreen compatible including tablets, smart phones, iPhones and modern mobile devices.
  • Hosting for no additional cost. Operates in the browser and requires no separate download.
  • Integrate into websites and on-site web enabled touch screen applications.
  • Use in place of expensive on site models and decrease vacancy in new lease ups.

Each 3D Walking Tour requires the separate purchase of a Standard 3D Floor Plan.

Design Process

Complete your 3D Floor Plan to begin your 3D Walking Tour project following the process below:

  1. Send Design Info: 3D Walking Tours are created using your completed 3D Floor Plan. You can also share optional interior details, like cabinet layouts, backsplash selections, lighting packages, or architectural elevations, to enhance the tour.
  2. Design: Your 3D Tour is scheduled and designed within 4–6 days. Once ready, you’ll be notified for review.
  3. Review Proofs: You’ll receive a link to allow you and your team to view the tour and leave comments directly online.
  4. Updates: Updated proofs are delivered within 2-3 business days after feedback. You can request up to 4 rounds of revisions to get everything just right.
  5. Add Tour Link to Property Website: Easily display your 3D Walking Tour on your property website or a touchscreen kiosk. Instructions to embed or display can be found here.

Kitchens, Lighting and Interior Details

3D Walking Tours are built from your completed 3D Floor Plans and can be enhanced with additional interior details for a more realistic experience.

  • New Construction: Share architectural drawings and finish selections.
  • Existing Properties: Upload clear property photos for reference.

Optional details can include:

  • Kitchen cabinet layout and backsplash design
  • Lighting package and fixture locations
  • Interior architectural elevations
  • Any other interior features you'd like to highlight
